We all know that Victoria's Secret models are among the most beautiful models in the world. Even the most famous fashion designers, or the most sculptures won’t be able to draw a such beautiful body. It is so normal because of this they are named “angels;” their bodies the most sculpted physiques in fashion.

The model Alessandra Ambrosio started taking modeling classes in Brazil when she was just 12 years old. By 14, she was one of 20 finalists for the legendary “Elite Model Look” national competition, and the rest, as they say, is history.

"I have been working with Tracy for last couple years, and what I love about her classes that it does not feel like exercise," she told Bravo. Victoria's Secret Angel Candice Swanepoel is one of the most reputable faces not only from the lingerie brand, but also from the fashion industry. The model workout involves doing yoga, boxing, Pilates on the reformer, and lots of resistance training. She works out between three and five times a week.

Concerning her nutrition, she said that it varies according to her mood. She likes food that contains coconut oil, flaxseed oil, banana, protein, some kind of antioxidant fruit like blueberries or strawberries, or some nut butter. In addition, she likes to have eggs and toast or make a grilled cheese.

Concerning what motivate her? The model said, “The secret is getting yourself to the gym! It’s about putting in the time and finding things you enjoy doing, so it doesn’t feel like that much work.”
